Award-winning pool safety inspections for Redcliffe, Newport, Scarborough and the whole Peninsula. Fast, veteran-owned and QBCC licensed.
At Brisbane Pool Safety, we specialise in the requirements of coastal properties across the Redcliffe Peninsula. Whether you have a modern glass barrier in Newport or a classic aluminium fence in Clontarf, we check your pool against the Queensland pool safety standard and explain everything in plain English.
Operating with military precision, we provide a thorough, fair and transparent inspection. Our mission is to keep your family safe while helping you get your Form 23 pool safety certificate as quickly as possible.
Your Form 23 is issued and lodged with the QBCC the same day your pool complies.
If something needs fixing, your Form 26 comes with clear instructions and private video links showing exactly what needs to be done, ready to pass to your tradie.
We know the wear and tear salt air causes on Peninsula pool gates, hinges and latches, and we test every gate to make sure it self-closes and self-latches.
Don't let a non-compliant pool delay your property sale or lease.
The Redcliffe Peninsula is inside our free reinspection area. If your pool receives a Form 26 nonconformity notice, one reinspection within the 3-month window is free, provided the listed items have been fixed. Reinspection terms.
Newport and parts of Kippa-Ring have frameless glass, canal boundaries and pools close to the house, where gaps, gate swing and water-access gates all matter.
Redcliffe, Woody Point, Margate and Clontarf have older barriers, sloping blocks and mature gardens that creep into the non-climbable zone.
Right along the waterfront, from Scarborough to Clontarf, salt air wears out hinges, latches and springs faster than inland, often before rust shows.
Yes. The whole Redcliffe Peninsula, including Woody Point and Rothwell, is inside our free reinspection area. If your pool receives a Form 26, one reinspection within the 3-month window is free once the listed items are fixed.
The most common reasons are salt-worn gate hinges, latches and springs that stop a gate self-closing, gardens and furniture in the 900mm non-climbable zone, and older or modified boundary fences that form part of the barrier.
When your pool complies, the Form 23 is issued and lodged with the QBCC the same day as the inspection, so a sale or lease isn't held up waiting on paperwork.
Yes, with the owner's permission. Because it is a full inspection, it ends with either a Form 23 certificate or a Form 26 nonconformity notice. If you buy with a Form 36 instead, you have 90 days after settlement to get a certificate.
A pool safety inspection is a flat $210, including the QBCC government levy. Reinspections on the Peninsula are free.
