Tight-knit estates, modern pool designs and plenty of rentals. Licensed pool safety inspections in North Lakes for sales, leases and childcare.
North Lakes is one of Brisbane Pool Safety's busiest areas, and we know the tight-knit estates and modern pool designs common throughout the 4509 postcode. Many homes here feature indoor-outdoor living where a wall of the house forms part of the pool barrier.
With a high number of rental properties, we work closely with North Lakes real estate agencies to make sure certificates are renewed on time, and our veteran-owned precision means no delays for your tenants or buyers.
Where the house forms part of the pool barrier, every door and window that opens into the pool area is checked against the rules for openings.
Frameless glass, aluminium and boundary fences are checked for gaps, gate swing, latch height and climbable features.
Childcare centres and family day care homes with a pool are inspected to the same barrier standard.
North Lakes is inside our free reinspection area. If your pool receives a Form 26 nonconformity notice, one reinspection within the 3-month window is free, provided the listed items have been fixed. Reinspection terms.
In many cases, yes. But doors and windows in that wall have strict requirements, such as limiting how far windows can open. These openings are the most common failure point in this style of home, so I test each one individually.
Yes. Childcare centres and family day care homes with a pool are held to the same barrier standard as private homes, and I provide the documentation providers need for their compliance records.
When your pool complies, the Form 23 is issued and lodged with the QBCC the same day, so sales, leases and childcare checks aren't held up waiting on paperwork.
