Then, if you need it, your first reinspection will be conducted free of charge. Additional inspections are at a flat rate of $99 per inspection. When you sell a property without a pool safety certificate, you are required to provide the buyer with Form 36 – Notice of no pool safety certificate before entering into a contract of sale. Even if you are giving notice of no certificate, you must still make sure that your pool is compliant. If you do not, the local government may take enforcement action against you. When no pool safety certificate is provided, the property buyer must obtain a pool safety certificate within 90 days of settlement.
